One2One Mortgage Solutions Ltd – Presents a Series of Blogs

Post by One2One Mortgage Solutions Director Mark Taylor

At One2One Mortgage Solutions we are always looking to improve our business and also to provide the best possible service for our current clients as well as our perspective clients. With this in mind we felt it would be very beneficial to provide a regular blog in order to give an insight and help everyone understand the role of a mortgage & insurance broker.

Over the coming weeks I will be writing many blogs to cover many areas, including:

  • Why use a mortgage & insurance broker?
  • Why do we at One2One not charge a broker fee for standard residential mortgages?
  • The importance of using a reputable broker for life & critical illness insurance
  • Why is mortgage protection for life insurance & critical illness vital for you and your family?
  • What is family protection and how does it work?
  • What is an income protection policy and when should you think about taking one out?
  • The importance and value we place on our back-office team case handling your mortgage
  • The new data protection rules and what they mean for you

We felt it was very important to give an insight into the role of the mortgage & insurance broker as well as give you what we feel will be very important information into the mortgage & insurance market and the products within it.

When purchasing a property, whether you are a first-time buyer, home mover or buying an investment Buy To Let property it is without doubt one of the most important transactions you will make in your life and making the right decision and receiving the correct advice is paramount.

You will also need expert advice when you remortgage your property in order to:

  • Re fix your interest rate with the choice of the whole market
  • Move your mortgage from interest only to repayment
  • Raise capital
  • Debt consolidate
  • Reduce your mortgage term
  • Add or remove someone from a mortgage

It is essential that during these communications we highlight the importance of protecting your mortgage as well as your family in the event of a worst case scenario, death or contracting a critical illness. As a responsible broker we take our responsibility to ensure you and your family are covered in the event of death or having a critical illness very seriously and pride ourselves with the expert level of advice we provide our clients for:

  • Life insurance
  • Critical illness insurance
  • Income Protection
  • Home insurance

Over the coming weeks we will look to provide you with the information you need to enable you to understand why a mortgage & insurance broker should be your first port of call when taking out a mortgage or insurance policy. Having this platform to allow us to interact with our current and prospective clients is a privilege for us and one we take very seriously, and we hope to be able to provide you with a full overview of the market and interact with you if you have any questions you would like answering.

Please keep your eye out for our first blog which will be out next Monday. Thank you very much for taking time out of your day and we hope you enjoy the series of blogs to come.
